I have a question about using the forum. Recently, I discovered that there's a sub-forum called Statewins Requests under the HLB Album. I realized that what I wanted to request would fit better in this sub-forum, so I tried to post a thread, but I couldn't find the create thread button. At first, I thought it was because my account wasn't a premium account, but looking at the recent requests, I noticed that some users who don't have premium accounts were able to post. Could you tell me the conditions for being able to post in the Statewins Requests sub-forum? I searched for announcements but couldn't find any notice explaining the conditions for posting in each forum. If I missed it, I'm sorry. ?
