So recently some of my friends have gotten tracked even using a VPN (not the feds). All I  want to know is how do y'all keep yourselfs hidden and untracable.

Choose the right VPN and then check for leaks. Also, make sure that VPN has VERIFIED "no logs." Some CLAIM it. The best, best, best overview of VPNS that I've seen is the on this independent site:

Pretty much all vpns log to some degree.

The way people stay secure is daisy chaining co injections and proxies to obfuscate the true source of a request - but it's people doing really black hat stuff that resort to that.
