I've been watching my face using CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser and a seperate towel but been getting pimples nonstop. I've tried letting it be but it seems to be getting worst. Any advice on getting rid of pimnples?

It sucks, but you might have to use acutane.  If you use it correctly and responsibly, it genuinely works.  I had a friend with severe pimples issues and CeraVe didn’t work.  He used acutane for felt like a year, and his face has been smooth for the past couple weeks since he’s finished his dosage.

another vote for accutane, unless your skin was better before you started using the cerave. in that case, you might want to switch cleansers. don't forget to moisturize
