1. Please could you check your spam mail as often our emails go their unintentionally, although the link would be expired by now I'm assuming
2. Unfortunately I cant see your order number in the screenshots attached to address this immediately but please could you send it here in response and I shall take a look further.
3. We use a sister site to conduct all our sales (Epic Pixel) this is just one of the many safety measures we have in place for clients.
