Don’t get me wrong it is objectively one of the greatest shows of all time. But fans have held it on such a high pedestal that every new show is compared to it and ruins new shows. Especially on Letterboxd with ratings

Hot take, I rly can't find myself enjoying breaking bad, I've tried so many times but it's just such a slow burn and I get bored.

Maybe I'm just desensitized to criminal activity, but everything that happens is just kinda predictable.

Better Call Saul is honestly a bit more compelling.

You're not wrong, it gets super slow at times, but there's guides online now that tell you which episodes you can straight up skip. (Definitely skip the bottle episode where they spend the whole hour in the lab trying to kill one fly.)
