I don't think it is, it remains an enjoyable game. I thought it was unfun for a while and dry, but I mean that's not fully true it's still fun, and I mean i play it from time to time.

I usually don't let someone else's opinion impact my final choice on liking something. Obviously sometimes it's better to take other peoples words but just calling a game cringy because they don't like it isn't someone who has a valuable opinion.
