There are a couple of states that have banned porn... or at least require "ID verification" to access it (completely stupid btw). I'm pretty sure we all know that doing so doesn't help anything. Why does it keep happening?
There was a site called nullchan that is now gone because the Admins ISP forced him to shut it down. It was just an average forum/ shock site, no different from 4chan really. Even if a state bans porn, there are so many third party, jank ass porn sites that there's usually a couple that work within the state, and even in "professional settings". Then there's VPN usage as well, and since VPNs have become so popular the IP's of the VPN servers are getting easier to filter out (making it necessary to pay premiums for more "discreet" servers). This is nothing but some duct-tape on a gaping hole in the bottom of a ship.
