It is my humble opinion that requests from known contributors should be given priority over requests from non-contributors.  I suggest, if possible, that we consider adding a tag of some sort next to each user name in the requests section. One idea is, as an example, is to include a number representing total threads or fulfilled requests next to the username of the requestor.

I am not a prolific poster, but I have deep appreciation for those that post often and I have a sense of obligation to help them whenever I can.  For my part, I would sort the request section by contribution rank and aim to tackle the highest ranks first.
