your cpu needs to be good as well to run modern games without frame drops and issues. Don't just look at GPUs

I think bare minimum gpu for what youre looking for is probably at least the 20XX series geforce nvidia

I think at a minimum in 2024 don’t consider anything less than 8GB VRAM.
