if yes why is there a standard for ugly people but not attractive ones? or vice versa...

There's no single person who everyone wants to fuck. As the saying goes "different strokes for different folks'". Empirical evidence would suggest however, that I am the single most fugly being on the planet... research is ongoing, but so far it's what the evidence suggests.
